Costa Rica Residency

We assist in the full process of obtaining Costa Rican residency. You will need to stay in the country for 3-5 days upon arrival to start the residency process. You will be issued your residency approximately 10 months after your application has been submitted to the government.

We include all documentation for your Costa Rican residency:

• Translation from English to Spanish (additional languages may be an additional fee, please inquire below) 
• Temporary residency in Costa Rica
• Authenticated passport copy 
• Pre-approval of all documents prior to arrival
• Direct assistance for any questions throughout the process
• Power of attorney on your application

Temporary Residency

• Temporary residency: $3200 USD per adult or main applicant / $2500 USD per child under 18

Notes on Pricing

• Full payment is due prior to us starting your residency process.
• Bank transfer details to receive the deposit for residency can be requested or will be included in the email thread. We accept bank transfers and credit card, however a 5% fee (card provider fee, not our fee) is added to any credit card payments.
