Paraguay Residency

We assist in the full process of obtaining Paraguay residency. You will need to stay in the country for 2-3 days upon arrival, and we will pick you up at your hotel on the day you choose to start your residency process.

It will take about 3-4 hours for us to process all your documents in Paraguay with you physically present. We will handle the rest of the application process without needing your physical presence. 

We include all documentation for your Paraguay residency:

• Translation from English to Spanish (additional languages may be an additional fee, please inquire below) 
• Two-year renewable residency
• National ID card (Cedula) express service (global DHL mailing fee upon delivery)
• Authenticated passport copy 
• Legalized interpol certificate
• Pre-approval of all documents prior to arrival
• Authenticated stamp of entry into Paraguay  
• No expiration of internal documents (guaranteed to get your residency and cedula in the allotted timeframe)
• Direct assistance for any questions throughout the process
• Transfer to each office and hotel pickup
• Power of attorney 

Temporary Residency

• Temporary residency and Cedula for two years: $2400 USD per adult / $1900 USD per child under 18
• We now offer both the residency and cedula in one trip: $3000 USD per adult / $2400 USD per child under 18
• 10% discount on residency for families of 3 or more

Notes on Pricing

• A 50% deposit of total services is required to get the process underway. Once the deposit is received, we will verify your documents via email to ensure they are correct before your arrival in Paraguay. The remaining 50% of the fee is due before we start the cedula process. 
• Bank transfer details to receive the deposit for residency can be requested or will be included in the email thread. We accept bank transfers and credit card, however a 5% fee (card provider fee, not our fee) is added to any credit card payments.
  

Residency Process

• Please send us photos of the documents before and after they are apostilled, so we can ensure they are correct before your arrival in Paraguay
• Upon your first trip to Paraguay, we will take your documentation and process the residency
• Once the residency is processed, you will return to Paraguay to process the cedula within 1 year or less
• Once the cedula is processed, we will mail it to you anywhere in the world (DHL fees not included as pricing varies based on location)
• With the cedula, we can then process your application for your tax residency if needed

Tax Residency

• Once you obtain temporary residency, we can apply for the tax ID for $200 USD per person. You will need to be in Paraguay to physically collect your tax ID. Wait times between 6-8 weeks
• We also offer the RUC process fully remotely for $550 USD per person. This RUC option is obtained within 10-20 days
